Learn. Grow. Eat.

Learn simple recipes that with highlight your tasty, home-grown food at this fun class.

Most of us grow an edible garden because we like to eat and we know that home-grown produce is especially tasty.  But many gardeners aren't sure when or how to harvest their produce at the peak of ripeness.  Let the Tilth experts teach you some simple tricks for harvesting and share some quick recipes that you can prepare to highlight your garden-fresh veggies.  Sponsored by the Seattle Parks Department.

The class will be held at Victor Steinbrueck Park in Downtown Seattle located at the north end of Pike Place Market, at 2001 Western AVE.

This class is free, however pre-registration is required.  To register, go to download a registration form and mail it in or call (206) 633-5045 x2.
