Take a tour of local and organic foods and beverages, in one magnificent location, and celebrate local producers in this benefit for Seattle Tilth.  It's the final event of a year celebrating our 30th anniversary - please join us!

TASTE! a sampling of hors d'ouevres prepared by the incredible chefs at Herban Feast with ingredients from local farms, along with sweets from Seattle bakeries and local organic free-trade chocolates from Theo Chocolate.

TOAST! to new and old friends with select local and organic wines, beers, ciders and soda, and learn about how they are crafted from their producers who will be pouring drinks. Learn all about wines from Elevage.

TWIRL! across the dance floor to the rollickin’ old time music of The Tallboys and the swingin’ gypsy jazz of Trio A Propos. Don't forget yer' dancing shoes!

You will also have the opportunity to:

++Learn about Seattle’s Local Food Action Initiative from Seattle City Councilmember Richard Conlin and how you can support local efforts to live more sustainably. 

++Guests will be able to buy favorite bottles of local wine to take home, including rare wines only made in small batches. 

++You will definitely want to buy raffle tickets to win excellent prizes from: Patagonia, Poppy Restaurant, Rain City Yoga, Serafina, Spring Hill Restaurant, and Sutra Restaurant.

++And plan ahead to bid on a very unique and a wonderful auction item - 4 person dinner with wine pairings  at your home from wine experts at Elevage!

Herban Feast's SODO event venue will captivate you.  It's a rustically elegant space with soaring ceilings, huge exposed beams, vintage lighting and hundreds of square feet of windows, just one mile south of downtown.

At this time we have confirmations from the following wineries: Andrew Will Winery , Domanico Cellars, Elsom Cellars, Fall Line Winery, JM Cellars, K Vitners O'Shea Scarborough Winery, Syncline Wine Cellars.  Other tasty beverages to sample will include: Dry Soda, Red Barn Ciders, Pike Brewing Company. 

The following local farms are supplying fresh local ingredients:  Dog Mountain Farm, Fall City Farm, Full Circle Farms, Jubilee Farm, Oxbow Farm, and Tiny's Organics.  Decadent sweets provided by: Cafe Besalu, Cupcake Royale,  Dahlia Bakery, Flying Apron Bakery, Little Rae's Bakery, Macrina Bakery, The Sugar Shack, Theo Chocolates, Three Girls Bakery.  And other delectable goodies from: Beecher's Cheese, Chefshop.com, Essential Baking Comapny, Golden Glen Creamery, Java Bean Coffee, Preston Hill Bakery, River Valley Cheese, Wild Salmon Seafood.
