2008 Garden Detectives

Special sessions for gardeners who are about to enter Kindergarten or have just finished their first year of school and will be entering the 1st grade!

Ages 5-6

Special sessions for gardeners who are about to enter Kindergarten or have just finished their first year of school and will be entering the 1st grade! These sessions feature gardening, art projects, stories, our famous sun tea, and great garden snacks! Parents are encouraged to leave campers.

 When program registration is filled, the dates for that class will be marked as FULL

Garden Detectives Afternoon Classes (scroll down for week-long camp)
Each class is two afternoons from 1 to 3 pm
Registration: $50 / $40 Tilth members

An awesome adventure in the creature realm.

Flower Fandango

Pick flower bouquets and make garden badges.

Seed Search

Explore the seedy underworld of the garden.

Ladybugs Everywhere!

Ladybugs of all shapes and sizes come to feast. Learn insect anatomy.

Harvest Hoopla

Garden vegetable and fruit just ripe for the picking and eating!

Garden Detectives Week Long Camp - Garden Power
FULL!!!   
Explore insects and creatures living in the garden during this special session for 5 and 6 year old gardeners. Learn how to make soil, run the garden obstacle course, and build bug houses.
